The Castineland Chamber (also locally and informally known as The Chamber) is a festival marketplace in Downtown Castineland, Sintopia. It is located at a roundabout intersection of Jena Street and Marketplace Drive, surrounded by the Ring of Cornelius, part of the western straw of the Cornelius River. It is one of the festival marketplaces built by the Rouse Company, with the help of Queen 2266, at a cost of $26.9 million and opened in 2983. The 135,000 square feet (12,541 m2) center is comparable to New York City's South Street SeaportBoston's Faneuil HallMiami's Bayside Marketplace, and Jacksonville's Jacksonville Landing, all developed by Rouse.

The Chamber is known for hosting many events and owning 43 stores, 20 gift shops, 12 dining rooms, five theaters, and three parks. It is the most visited place and landmark in Downtown Castineland, with around 600 to 900 Castinelanders visiting in 24 hours. The Chamber is also one of the best places in the United States for tourist attractions, with other visitors from around the world, which brings permitted immigration due to the safety of Sintopia. The Castineland Chamber is one of the four downtown marketplaces in Sintopia, the other three are the Sintopia Landing in Sintopia City, the Mantalyst Cornelius Hall in Cornelius City, and the Rotando Marketplace in Rotando.
